You can cancel an order from 'My_order' section of your accounts dashboard. Click the 'Cancel' button to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@crafttrendz.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process (see Section 2).

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Unavailability of stock.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
